Shipping and Exchanges
Singaporeans, rejoice — Normal mail within Singapore is free!
Please note that we are not liable for missing packages, as there is no tracking system in place for Singpost's Normal Mail. We also offer a registered mail and island-wide courier service (free on orders over $65). You can select your preferred delivery option upon checkout. International shipping is also available to most countries.
It's worth the wait, we promise!
Because most tees are made to order, please give us up to 10 days for production. We'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is on its way.
You should receive an automatic confirmation after completing the check-out process. Please contact us if you do not receive an order confirmation.
If you've purchased something off our Sale page, your order will be shipped within 2 working days. Sale items are not applicable for exchanges.
Once we've informed you that your order has been shipped, it should reach you within 3-7 working days. As Singpost's Regular Mail option does not come with a tracking system, we cannot guarantee the arrival of your order via regular mail. If your package doesn't arrive after a week, contact us and we'll see how we can help!
If you've opted for courier delivery or international mail, please email us your issue and order number at email@example.com and we'll get back to you asap.
Size exchanges are accepted on non-sale, non-custom items*. These are done so via regular mail. If you'd like to request for a size exchange, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email. To save time and hassle though, please check your measurements against our Size Chart before purchasing.
• Postage fees shall be borne by the customer.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, preferably in its original plastic cover.
• Custom items include Your Father tees.
Incorrect or faulty items
Don't panic! Just email us at email@example.com, and we'll arrange a replacement for you.
All sales are final
Returns are only valid for size exchanges and incorrect or defective items (see terms above). We do not accept returns based on change of mind or personal preferences.
